HELP & INFORMATION
Privacy policy
What we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
What you share with us
When you submit a form, we receive the details you enter. These include your name, email, phone number, country code, message and the product, course, event or service you are interested in. Depending on the request, we also receive your preferred dates, delivery location, or intended giving amount, purpose and frequency.
Required fields are marked. We do not ask for card numbers, bank details, passwords or medical records in these forms.
How we use it
The team uses your details to answer your question, review your request, arrange payment and delivery, provide course access or help with a problem. A newsletter request allows the team to contact you about joining the mailing list; it does not automatically sign you up.
Hosting services receive connection information, including your IP address and browser details. The website uses connection information to help prevent abuse and keep the service working.
Who receives it
Your submitted details are stored for the team to manage your request. We use hosting, storage and messaging services to operate the website and deliver requests to the team. These services process the information needed for that work, including your contact details and the contents of your request.
Access to stored requests is restricted. Keep private course access codes and downloaded copies of your information somewhere safe.
What stays on your device
Your cart, saved podcasts, listening progress, queue and app preferences are saved in your browser. Podcast journal entries, planner notes, course notes and course progress also stay on your device; they are not sent to the team.
You can remove saved items in the app or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. Clearing that data also removes your saved notes and progress. Use Podcast settings to back up your library, and the course reader to export course notes first.
Drafts, receipts and backups you download stay on your device until you remove them. Filling in a form does not send it; your details are sent when you submit your request.
Listening to audio
Podcast audio comes from its publisher. When your browser loads an audio stream, the publisher receives connection details such as your IP address, browser information and the file requested. This happens without leaving the website and is covered by that provider’s privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
Submitted requests remain in our records for follow-up and administration unless the team removes them. To ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop further contact, use the support form. Include your request reference if you have it. We may need to confirm your identity before making a change.
You may have additional rights under the privacy laws where you live. Removing a request does not remove files you downloaded to your own device.
